Milestone Inspections

We attend the site at the milestones where risk concentrates — framing, envelope, pre-drywall, waterproofing and substantial completion — with a written photographic report after each. Where a milestone calls for a licensed specialist, we identify and vet that specialist and present them for your approval.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

We review work in place against the drawings and specifications and report findings in plain language. Each report identifies the item, the responsible party and the recommended next action.

Closeout & Punch List

We produce and manage the punch list through to closure, and verify corrective work before final payment and retainage release. Closeout is where owners lose leverage, and a documented open-items log is what preserves it.
